I've seen this guy on Youtube before, saying that the Evangelists had never met Jesus.. I can explain to you know they all did.

Matthew = also called Levi, a disciple of Christ
Mark = a disciple of Peter, who had come as Peter went with Christ
Luke = one of the 70 people chosen by Jesus to spread the Gospel, later a disciple of Paul
John = son of Zebedee disciple of Christ.
