Just wondering about the people that have been denied the right to vote for or against the treaty. Has there been any debate in your country? What are your thoughts?
Don't forget much the same treaty was rejected by the Dutch and French :)

In Germany we had no poll about the Lisbon Treaty. Our great government just said yes without asking the people. Hard to believe, they still call it demokrazy  Just another proof that in the Federal Republic of Germany the multinational concerns are ruling and not the people. But the worst thing on it is that nobody cares about what happens. They would sell their basic rights just for more consumption.
As Stalin said: "In Germany there will never be a revolution because then they have to enter the grass." :(

Say what now? I don't follow European politics much. Lisbon treaty? Isn't Lisbon in Portugal?

It's an EU treaty mate. It's worrying to say the least.
