The following rules apply to each forum on this site and are there to protect you the member.
Moderators/Administrators
the World Agenda are volunteers and have the final word. Do not publicly argue or criticize them. If you have an issue, contact an Administrator by Private Message only.
World Agenda is NOT responsible
We are not responsible for any illegal content on these forums. We also do not allow posting of hacks/cracks or other illegal content, and those posted will be removed by the staff, and the author will be notified.
You may attach signatures to the end of your posts when you post either a New Topic or Reply. Your signature is editable by clicking on "profile" at the top of any forum page.
o Signature content. Content of an offensive or extremely sexual nature is not allowed as part of your signature.
o Signature size. All signature images may not exceed a size of 400x200 pixels.
o Quotes in signatures. Quotes of other members are not allowed in your signature. This is considered a form of trolling and is prohibited.
If it is deemed any part of your signature breaks any of these stipulations, you will be warned to fix it. If you do not comply, the administrator will take action.
NOTE: HTML can't be used in signatures.
Avatars
Avatars may not exceed 130x130 pixels in size and may not be overly offensive or sexually explicit.
Registration
A member is allowed one member name per person, but if you should have a technical issue and have to create a second user account, please notify an Administrator to the situation.
Advertising
No advertising is allowed on this site and any will be removed. A link to your website is allowed in your signature only after a member reaches 100 posts and as long as it doesn't directly compete with World Agenda.

Posting
Posts should be related to the board you are posting them on. If an Administrator or Moderator feel it is best on a different board, it will be moved and you will be notified. The Administrators and Moderators reserve the right to edit posts due to size, content, etc.
Article-based thread criteria.
+ Articles posted to start a topic must be accompanied by a source and also a substantive opinion; otherwise, it may be deleted without warning. Substantive opinions present an obvious stance with respect to the article and are not unarguable opinions such as, "This is interesting." The opinion should create a solid basis for debate. The only exception to this will be current news articles posted in the top half of the forum.
+ All quoted material must be placed in a quote box, quotation marks or a list so the reader can easily differentiate between your material and someone else's. If any change is made to the material, please make a note of this (using the phrase "[emphasis mine]" if you add colors or bold, for example). Any changes to quoted material to make it look as someone else wrote it is easily detected and the thread will be locked.
Thread titles. Thread titles posted in all caps will be locked. Repeated offenses will result in action against your account.
No thread hijacking. Thread hijacking is posting unrelated or off-topic material in a thread. For example, since The Lounge is separate from History, material obviously for The Lounge would be off-topic if posted in History.
Duplicate threads. Do not post two topics on the same subject matter.
Images. Graphic images are not to be tagged with image tags. They are only to be linked to by the URL and accompanied with a disclaimer. Pornographic, illegal or explicit images are not allowed to be linked.

Trolling
We understand on occasion a topic may get some heated responses. However, please remember to keep your posts respectful. If it is deemed a poster is out of line or purposely attempting to provoke other members, their posts may be removed or edited and the poster will be notified. Please notify an Administrator if any abuse occurs. Remember that abusing others is counterproductive and you will never convince anyone that your views are correct if they shut their minds to what you are saying.

Reporting posts
It is strongly encouraged that members use the "report post" option when a violation of these rules has occurred. A Moderator or Administrator are more likely to catch the infraction more quickly. Click on the button and give a small description of the violation. We appreciate your support.

Explanation of Warnings

Personal Attacks
There are no personal attacks allowed. This includes name-calling. We discourage this kind of activity as it is useless and only serves to drive people away from the forum who honestly wish to debate and discuss issues. Baiting other members is also not allowed. Refrain from making small snide comments or it may result in a warning.

Extremist/Racist Posts
To maintain the status quo of the board, there are rules that must be observed so that members do not abuse each other in their passion for their issue or ideology. One of these rules regards Extremist Rhetoric. Blanket statements condemning an entire demographic will not be tolerated. Threads posted for such reasons will be locked. A blatant post directed at a selected group (I.E. Religious beliefs, Physical, Color, etc...), will probably result in being banned from the site. Furthermore, derogatory comments will be subject to edit or removal by an Administrator or Moderator as they see fit to do so. Threads based on such posts will be locked

Three Warnings
Three accumulated warnings by any or all Moderators or Administrators will result in a suspension. Consistent violations of the rules outlined above will result in a banning from the site after consultation of the moderation and administrative staffs.

Administrative Fiat
Any administrator reserves the right to automatically ban a violating forum member for as long a period as they deem fit.

Personal Information
The Administration and Moderators cannot be held liable for any information you offer about yourself to others. Please be responsible with your personal information.
