Its good to see this eventually go ahead. It has been put back several times now. I still have problems and many questions about the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist)'s decision to lay down their arms and enter the bourgeois political system although I think they need to be given more time to prove that it was the correct decision. Already of course they have achieved the abolition of the monarchy.
